GCB BASE RATE IS THE LOWEST

GCB is currently the bank with the lowest base rate in the country.
With a base rate of 22.75% down from 26.0% GCB is strengthening its market leadership in the country’s banking industry where some banks have their base rates as high as 27% and 29%.
Lower base rate makes it easier for individuals and corporate businesses to borrow to expand their needs and investment activities thus providing a boost for the national economy.
It also means that GCB customers spend less on interest costs, leaving them with more income to spend on goods, services and business investments.
GCB is Ghana’s largest bank with 157 networked branches and 15 agencies.
