Relationship Management
- We have trained and professional staff who develop and
strategically nurture relationship with clients to ensure that their business objectives are met, and sustained.
Business Development and Advisory:
- They identify and interact with potential and non-borrowing customers on regular basis to offer advisory services, vis a vis their diverse needs for growth.
- Liase with SME Training and supporting agencies such as Empretec Ghana Foundation (BGP),Association of Ghanaian Industries, etc, to give training on business management, proposal writing etc.
- Organise training programmes for clients through seminars and workshops, periodically.
- Offer advisory services on stock and credit control mechanisms as well as budgetary and costing procedures.
Customer Services:
- Addressing customer complaints and enquiries.
- Linking customers to sundry products and services and other SME customers in the same and or complimentary industries.
- General information on lending, borrowing and treasury rates.
SME Overview
GCB provides a range of attractive and robust financial services/ products to support the capacity and productivity of small and medium businesses, in a cost effective manner.
The groups we support include among others; Sole Proprietorships, Limited Liability Companies, Clubs, Associations, Non-Governmental Organisations, Schools and Societies.
